2. Description of Service

Hivify is a platform that helps offline communities stay connected through periodic check-in rounds and shared digests. The Service allows users to create and manage communities, invite members, conduct check-in rounds, and distribute digest summaries.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Hivify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abuse the invitation and email features.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including round responses, profile information, and uploaded images. By submitting content, you grant Hivify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your communities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Hivify and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
